Express Photography is a team of local Perth photographers that offers quick and efficient photography services for a variety of occasions, including events and weddings.

Express Photography specialises in providing fast turnaround times for edited photos, usually within 48 hours. This makes it a great option for clients who want or need their photos quickly.

Express Photography offers a wide range of services, including event photography, wedding photography, food photography, corporate headshots, and more.

Booking a photographer for your event with Express Photography is easy. Simply visit the Book Now area of the website, select the type of photography service you need, tell us the date, time and location of your event, then pay online for your session.

The cost of booking a session with Express Photography varies depending on the length of the session required. Prices start at $250, and typically range between 2 to 6 hours.

During your photography session, your photographer will work with you to capture high-quality photos that meet your specific needs. They will provide guidance on poses and settings, as required, to help you look your best.

Express Photography offers fast turnaround times, usually within 48 hours. This means you can expect to receive your edited photos soon after your event is complete.

Express Photography generally does not offer specific editing, retouching, or photoshopping services for photos. However, you may have the option to source an independent photo editor to retouch your photos. If you choose to do so, we suggest finding a suitable editor on a platform such as Fiverr.

Express Photography does not directly offer prints, albums, or USBs, however, see below recommendations for suppliers who can offer these services depending on your budget.

No, RAW files require specialised software to edit and can be very large, which makes them difficult to transfer and work with for most clients.

Express Photography typically uses artificial intelligence to select the best photos from your session and edit them for delivery. You can expect to receive all the good photos selected, which may vary depending on the length of your session and the type of photography service you received (wedding, birthday party, food photography). The exact number of photos you receive will vary, but you can typically expect to receive lots of high-quality edited photos from your session.

The ownership of the copyright for photos taken by Express Photography depends on the specific agreement between Express Photography and the client. In general, Express Photography retains the copyright ownership of the photos, however, the client is granted a license to use the photos for specific purposes, such as personal use or commercial use, depending on the terms of the service agreement/terms and conditions.

The typical coverage for a wedding day from Express Photography may vary depending on the number of hours you choose. Wedding photography coverage often ranges from several hours to all-day coverage, and may include a combination of preparations, ceremony and reception coverage. Generally, a full-day coverage can last from 8 to 12 hours, with half-day coverage lasting from 4 to 6 hours. For weddings a minimum of 2 hours is suggested.

Yes, every package includes your high resolution files/photos accessable and downloadable via Dropbox. We also keep a separate copy backed up to Dropbox.

Express Photography will provide all your photos within 48 hours (or less) of your event.

As Express Photography work as a team, in the case your assigned photographer is unable to attend due to any reason, another team member will be ready to take over and capture your event. This ensures that your event is still covered and that you receive the high-quality service you expect from Express Photography.

Express Photography don't expect you to have modelling experience or feel comfortable in front of the camera. We work with you to put everyone in positions where they feel good and help look their best on camera.

Additionally, a popular option among clients is a Zoom Meeting a few weeks before the wedding. This provides an opportunity for you, to get to know the team better, which helps you feel more comfortable and confident in front of the camera and your photographer.

If it's logistically possible, then Express Photography can cover both the bride and groom's morning preparations even if they are in different locations. The specific photographer usually tries to accommodate this within reason, but it depends on the distances involved. Express Photography understands the importance of capturing all the important moments of the wedding day and will do their best to make it happen. We recommend starting and spending 30-45 minutes with the Groom before traveling to the Bride for 1 to 2 hours. It is strongly suggested keeping the preparation locations within 30 minutes of each other and your Ceremony venue.

Your pictures will be archived permanently on Dropbox, separate to the access/download link.

Express Photography offer a 45km travel radius from Perth, Joondallup, Rockingham, and Mandurah, which covers many popular venues in areas such as Fremantle, Swan Valley, Ellenbrook, Yanchep, Two Rocks, Mundaring, Baldivis, Whitby, Hopeland, Pinjarra, Dwellingup, and more. If your event is beyond the included travel radius', a charge of $1 per kilometer outside of the nearest radius point, in both directions. This ensures that we can reach and capture events in different locations while also covering travel costs.

We would like to ensure you are aware that Express Photography is a team of professional photographers and therefore cannot provide a curated photography service, a boutique photographer will be more likely to have the ability to assist and adhere to specific requests.

We understand that budget is one of the most important things to consider when planning your wedding. That's why we offer a flexible approach to our services, allowing you to book your photographer for the specific hours you need, without the need to purchase a pre-packaged deal. We also provide digital delivery of your photos within 48 hours, securely backed up to Dropbox. This way, you can get the photos you want without breaking the bank.

Your photographer will arrive 15 minutes prior to the booked time to meet and debrief, if possible. We also welcome any schedules, timelines, ideas, or photos that you definitely want captured on your wedding day. Please don’t hesitate to tell us, for example, you can tell us to take photos of you getting off the limo, important people attending your wedding, or even your family dog needing to be in one of the family photos. No matter how simple it may sound to others, we know it's important to you! We will take note and do our best to meet your expectations.

Your photographer will have a copy of all the notes provided, so please ensure they are provided neatly so your photographer can easily interpret what is required to be captured.

Unfortunately, no. Express Photography is committed to providing a professional photographer for your booked session. However, if you need help with planning when to have a photographer at your event, you can book a Zoom meeting with one of our Event Co-ordinators. They can help schedule a timeline and curate requests to ensure that both you and your photographer understand what you want to be photographed or captured during the event.
